Frequently Asked Questions
Java Security
When I am opening the "drag and drop applet" link I am getting the warning:

(The application requires an earlier version of Java. Do you want to continue? The
required version of Java, 1.6.0-oem, is not the latest and may not contain latest
security updates.)
What should I do?
It is safe to proceed and click "Run". The reason why this message appears is that
your computer has more than one version of Java installed and 1.6 which is used
in Upload Applet is not the latest one. To avoid this message
you may uninstall all the unnecessasry versions if you don't need them.
If you are using Firefox, you also can avoid this warning without uninstalling Java,
if you perform few steps as described on their website:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Java-related+issues
in the section "Switching Java versions - Advanced".
File Status
What the one letter file status stands for?
You are askning about the page "My Files". Refer to the following table:
| Status | Meaning |
| 'A' | 'Active', meaning that file is on the server and ready for download. |
| 'D' | 'Deleted' by user. |
| 'E' | 'Expired'. Depending on your account type files expire in 7, 14 or
more days from the moment you have uploaded them. |
| 'R' | 'Restricted'. Meaning when file was uploaded,
there was not enough space to accomodate it. So it was conditionally saved for
few hours in temp location and is supposed to be removed shortly. If customer will delete
some files from his account, then restricted status will be changed to active. |
